~†~ Nov 1, mthly 1st Saturday Hour of Prayer 9:30-10:30am (this follows the 9am Mass) in the Adoration Room at St. Joseph in Crescent Sprgs, to pray for an outpouring of the Holy Spirit upon the MSC. Come join our small group!
~†~ Nov 7, mthly 1st Friday Mass/Healing Prayer Svc at Mother of God Church, Covington. Join us at 7:15pm with Sacred Heart Praise Band in singing praise & worship to Our Lord, followed by Mass at 7:30 with celebrant Fr. Luis Leon. If his schedule permits, Fr. will hear Confessions prior to and/or after Mass. Prayers for healing follow Mass.
~†~ Nov 18, 7:15-9pm, mthly 3rd Tuesday regional MSC Charismatic Prayer Meeting at St. Joseph Heights, Park Hills. Deacon Jerry Franzen will share “Inside the Mass from a Deacon’s Perspective.” Due to its rousing success, the book table will again be FREE this mth, so bring any Catholic/ Charismatic books/cds/dvds/magazines that you’d like to share! Snacks for afterwards are always welcome. Also please remember the needs of the Notre Dame Urban Ed. Ctr. and the Rose Garden Home Mission (Capri Sun drink pouches, packaged snack food items, non-perishable foods, baby items, diapers, toiletries, and new/like-new baby/toddler clothing) which can be left in the black bin at the entrance. And a big THANK-YOU to the Sacred Heart Praise Band for the awesome music at last month’s pot-luck dinner, and to Bette Riedmatter for the fabulous decorations! It was a night to remember! And it was wonderful seeing so many new faces, and old faces too…over 50 total!
~†~ Nov, Wednesday, 3:15-7pm volunteer at the Mary Rose Mission food kitchen in Florence!! Virtus training is NOT required. High schoolers welcome; this counts as service hours!
